Location:

Manufacturing facilities are to be located at Sambarpatia, Dhenkanal (Orissa).

Raw materials can be easily procured from accessible distance of the company site. The material can be transported overnight without much time loss in transit from the near by sponge iron plants and Pig Iron from NINL, Duburi.

The Unit is located by the side of National Highways -42.

Infrastucture and other utility services are available, besides, cheap and abundant semi-skilled and unskilled labours are available from nearby village ad skilled workers are available from Cuttuck.

Other consumables are locally available.

Land & Site Development

The Company has acquired 4.92 Acres of land at Sambarpatia, Dhenkanal (Orissa) on out right basis. The land development, construction of internal Road, Boundary Wall, Time Office etc. will be constructed by the Company.

Building

The construction of the furnace shed and other buildings will be started soon. The construction is being done through an experienced civil contractor with the active supervision of the promoters.

Plant & Machinery i.e. And Misc. Fized Assets

The machinery and other equipments will be procured from manufacturers, who happen to be the market leaders in their respective fields. Orders have already been places with the suppliers.
